Top of the World is where special occasions are blissfully celebrated 106 floors above the scantily-clad imitation showgirls (and shirtless showmen) who roam the Strip. The rotating restaurant is the highest in the country, and it’s also the only one where you can watch bungee jumpers fall at 40mph from two stories above. Of course, snagging a table by the window can be hard at peak times, but you’ll still get panoramic views no matter where you sit. The drink selection is suitably top-shelf, and deep-pocketed Napa wine lovers should order the flights of Opus One, Caymus and Silver Oak to pair with the tender bone-in filet mignon and roasted Australian lobster tail. After dinner, take the elevator up to the outdoor observation deck on the 109th floor for some epic photo ops.
