Poor customer service and very rude. They told us that the appointment time was 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM and that they'd call 30 minutes before. They called at 11:40 AM and said theyd be there at 12:00 PM.

I would rate a zero if I could. Worst system ever and has nothing but problems all the time. Do not recommend anyone putting this system in.
