Café Chelsea is a new all-day French American bistro and brasserie; it is the Hotel Chelsea’s first new restaurant since 1930. It features classic dishes, inspired by traditional French cuisine with a focus on ingredients. The space was designed to compliment the historic building. Works of art hang throughout the space against traditional French accents. Café Chelsea is open all day for walk-ins and reservations featuring menus for breakfast, brunch, lunch, midday, dinner, and dessert.
