Such a great bar in the hotel Andaluz, a Hilton curio collection property. Ibiza is above the hotel restaurant with a lovely open patio area. You can sit inside at the bar or enjoy the outdoor patio.

Great experience eating/drinking here! Bacon wrapped dates were yummy, drinks were strong, but not overwhelming, and the service was great. Will definitely visit again when I'm in town!
