Let me startoff by saying that this FedEx Hub is just awful as a business they always lose your package. So, i ordered a gaming pc from eBay and it was going thru FedEx which, ok whatever i trust them

terrible customer service, the front staff does not proffesionally take care of the customers, they are rude and sarcastic, they don't know how to explain things and if you ask something they get aggr
