Don't make your customers wait and wait for someone to come to the counter and take their order poor customer service

The guy at the counter was really nice explaining to my little guy all his options for drinks. The food came quickly and was hot. I love their drink dispenser. So many different options to choose from

As always, staff are courteous, competent & on point. Best thing Wendy's has going for them is their employees.
