Open the self-checkout lanes on weekday mornings; and hire people who can at least say, "Good morning... Thank you." Your concept isn't very complicated, so don't deter potentially weekly shoppers.

Been going here for 23 years. So many nice staff!!! I know a bunch of them by name. Plus, they basically have a concierge out front: I think it's the only place in Reston that does.

the prices have skyrocketed insanely this last week!!! The bagels' quality has drooped significantly. WHY?!? I left them to go to the Safeway and even Harris Teeter. Greed .
