Had a great time at this resort. Room was clean but I would expect fresh bed sheets at least once as we stayed for 2 weeks. Buffet was fine for breakfast and lunch other than food was never hot. Could
Tomaz and Fatima were amazing they made our stay so amazing and enjoyable. I would go back just for them!
Once again,my husband and I enjoyed ourselves immensely, this was our 4th year in a row at the Krystal Grand, Hacienda Side. We can honestly say it is indeed OUR SECOND HOME,if only for 2 weeks ! 😎 .
