Food not bad coffee terrible my soup was cold took it back said it was cold , brought it back exactly the same took it back told them it's still cold the lad said I can't warm it too much it will evap

This was our favorite M&S Cafe until recently. The lovely regular ladies I chat with have disappeared, and they have younger people / students who are making the drinks and who lack customer service..

Service and atmosphere excellent, all staff very efficient and polite. Lovely friendly cafe five star.
