The manager (white male with glasses) was completely rude to my family (3). We enter the lobby at 9:46 to use the rest room and order food after being in a car with a toddler for the last 3.5 hours. H

The Cinnabon cinnamon roll was cooked wayy too hard. I couldn't even stick my fork in it. Very disappointed
