Witowice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wiązów, within Strzelin County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres north-east of Wiązów, 12 km north-east of Strzelin, and 35 km south of the regional capital Wrocław.
