Lower Grand Lagoon is a census-designated place in Bay County, Florida, United States. The population was 4,398 at the 2020 census, up from 3,881 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Panama City–Panama City Beach, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area. The area was heavily damaged by an EF3 tornado on January 9, 2024.
