We are the prime rib buffet my prime rib was well done and very hard to chew. The service was also poor. Our server did not check on us for an hour after we sat down and they also ran out of food at 7
This was the equivalent of a hotel continental breakfast. It was not a restaurant quality brunch and worth the $35 per person. Food was cold, stale and had little flavor. No one was working the buffet
