I don't understand how the app allows me to order a coffee for counter pickup YET the doors are LOCKED!

The food is good and the service is mediocre but they do have decent prices. And can someone please tell me what they put in their sprite

picked up 2 McRibs today, one was a mess, the other had bread so hard, you couldn't eat it, $15 for yuck!
