Called to see if they could look at the car - person on the phone was VERY condescending - VERY RUDE - apparently this company doesn't want our business.....!

Horrible service. The guy at the desk was rude and clipping his fingernails while talking to me! Wouldn't believe me that after they worked on my transmission that it is still having the same problem.

Referred to by my service center for a possible transmission issue, they diagnosed the problem and the tranny was fine, turned out to be a carrier bearing and shaft that was bad. All it took was a wee
