Buyer beware. 2 years ago this month I bought a 2020 Ford Explorer from Heller Ford. Two months after purchase I started having issues with the vehicle's transmission. Since we live over an hour away
Pompous attitude of their sales staff. Experience was nothing more than the sales rep going on and on about how great he is. I guess his greatness does not prove out, because he didn't sell the car.
