The Municipality of Maddela is a first class municipality in the province of Quirino, Philippines. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 35,634 people. Maddela is the commercial hub of the province. It is located between the provinces of Isabela and Aurora. Just recently, Maddela has been known as having some of the tourist attraction that made it famous. The most famous Governors Rapid now can be found only here in Maddela particularly in the Barangay of Divisoria Sur.
