my wife went thru the drive thru and could barely hear the person at the drive thru and when she got up to pay found out the order did not go thru. The person offered to put order in but my wife said

Complete and utter failure of full-filling an order. I have had more incomplete orders from this McDonald's an anyother's I've been ever been to.. seems to me they either need to revamp the management

food was cold took 10 minutes to get a not busy place filthy in bathroom and eating place Noone around to help. it was awful in Charles city Iowa at 8 pm on a Thursday night!!!
