If I could give a 0, I would. They refuse give us our drinks, and used the wrong chicken in our quesadilla. she was super rude and shut the sliding door in our face and said " use the app for a refund

This is by far the worst taco bell I have ever been to. The service there is absolutely terrible. I waited an hour + for a mobile order which should have taken 5 minute, and not to mention the inside
