The People that check your bags weren't on time,I missed my flight because of this, I was 1 hr ahead,Ib very upset, it makes me not want to fly delta. I want to be refunded immediately.
Security at scanning are rude and tired at 10am. I guess being polite isn't part of procedure. We are passengers not inmates! Desk ladies are not attentive or sympathetic when you are having an issue.
