Service gaps in general. Place beautiful, but to expensive for what is offered.

Food was amazing and the service was perfect for my first time eating at Kaia

Value for money was very poor for what you got. Not a fan of the table top seating as well for a group of 4. Would have much preferred to have had our own table. Left the restaurant still hungry!
