Scampston is a village and civil parish in North Yorkshire, England. It lies close to the A64 road, approximately 3 miles east of Malton. The parish includes the hamlets of East Knapton and West Knapton. In 2011 the parish had a population of 313. Until 1974, the village lay in the historic county boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire. From 1974 until 2023 it was part of the Ryedale district. The village has a bakery and coffee shop. Scampston Hall is also located in the village.
