Very rude toward me and my family. They said they couldn't serve us food only coffee. The bald guy with hairloss kept being a dick and trying too be funny when I swear I heard crickets. I don't recomm

I just stopped in for a latte and had a great ordering experience and delicious drink to start my day. I think a lot of the low ratings were specific employee based and that has been corrected.
