This Target is quite messy and things are always out of stock in the beauty section. Unfortunately a lot of the hygiene items are also locked up. This location also has the slowest self check out line

For a place that sells food right across the restroom, they should consider being more sanitary. I was a bit disgusted to see used toilet paper outside the restroom, trailing away. I think this target

I went to target to get freebies that they advertised but when I got there and waited for one hour they don't even have it. This place sucks.
