You order at the counter, then sit down in the airy space and take in what feels like Willy Wonka’s factory, but for bread. Tangy crusts release hot puffs of air when you take a bite, and toppings like pepperoni or runny eggs are dusted with an extra helping of parmesan cheese. If you haven’t already picked up on it, this place knows bread—so it’s no surprise that the pizzas here are worth the evening trip.
