Agent was great, vehicle was ready. Pickup and return were a breeze. Great experience.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a car rental place. First they gave me a car that hasn't had an alignment in months. It kept pulling to the side so bad that I had to exchange it.

Hertz closes down at 5pm. Even if your flight arrives at 5:15pm. All the Hertz numbers in Montgomery said they were closed too. Rent from Avis or Enterprise if you want a car after 5pm....
