I understand that people that live here are obviously too stupid to understand how to recycle & obviously don't care. Apparently so are you. Have you ever thought about limiting your recycling limitat

The new dog park is an eyesore. Why can't we spend $$ on recycling. That's not an option for us. Instead we have no choice except to spend $14.99 a month to have our trash picked up with extreme rules
