John was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout our experience. The quality of the work was subpar, and we had repeated issues after the repairs -- in some cases, things were worse than before.

I have called them out several times and they're great! Needed service on a dead refrigerator yesterday. I had same-day service and John knew just what was wrong with it. It's up and running perfectly
