Disappointing experience due to rude and unprofessional staff. The lack of attention and poor customer service made for a frustrating visit. Unless things change, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Delicious coffee, great location, it's good to admire the panorama of Mangattan with a cup of great coffee in your hand

Iced chai latte was just milk and cinnamon. It was so plain and nothing at all to write home about. The bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was awful as well. Maybe thats my own fault for not reading tha
