I visited this subway with my friends on a Saturday night. It was a one man show, Kartik was busy with a constant flow of customers coming in to subway. Not once did I feel the pace was slow. Amazing

Staff had no concept of allergies, didn’t know what ingredients were in the food they were serving or showed any interest in finding it. One server suggested I tasted one of the sauces to figure it o.
