Polanica-Zdrój is a spa town in Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 11 kilometres south-west of Kłodzko, and 89 kilometres south-west of the regional capital, Wrocław. As at 2021, the town has a population of 6110.
