Made an appointment for tire rotation. It took them 2 hours to complete the task. My vehicle was the only one in the bay. The three employees were chatting and standing around. My advice go to another

1) Four (4) Hours to install new tires which should be less than one (1) hour. 2) Their "free" tire repair is by appointment only and availability is not same day. Serviced by team under Ralph.

I love this tire center because it's always the same guys working here and they're always very helpful. I actually asked the two gentlemen at the front desk how long they've been there and once it's 2
