This is the worst set up for patient communication and patient help ever thought up!!! The nurses are rude and hide in the back away from the help window and are anoid when asked for help!!!

People waiting and they are in there socializing. Impossible to get a walk in appointment and it takes a week or two for an appt. A long drive to have bloodwork done any place else, so we are stuck.

for the second time, I arrived for my 6:30 AM appointment (no small feat) only to have the place all locked up. No lights on, no signs on the door. Three other people were in the parking lot also wait
