Made the appointment on line which was very simple. The service was great and the staff very pleasant.

After waiting for our appt for a week, called the day of and cancelled. Unprofessional and unreliable. Don't use Safelite, as it will just delay you from using someone reliable later than necessary.

Still can't recommend them. See prior posts. Bad customer service, no accountability.
