Nice finished in the updated restaurant. I fried the heck out of the leftover over mashed potatoes and served them with (local Amish made) "Canadian" back bacon and scrambled eggs with sourdough. Yumm

I had to cater a lunch for a client in Camp Hill. They requested Outback. I had them do an assortment of different menus items so I could pick up for my lunch. Everything was ready for when I showed.
