They are very helpful and generous with their plants although they do get busy at times and you can wait awhile before someone will be available to help you.

Tried to spend money in there twice at Carling location, staff are way too busy chatting to help customer's. I went out of my way to shop independent, local store but they didn't want my money.

I purchased a bag labelled vinegar eels from this store on Jan 25. When I got home the bag labelled vinegar eels had no vinegar eel starter culture in it, just instructions and an empty pipette. I pho
