Formerly the local Coca-Cola bottling plant, the Bottleworks dates back to the 1920s, when industrial buildings still benefited from Art Deco styling. Today the old plant is a mixed-use, arts- and culture-focused development whose anchor is the Bottleworks Hotel. The rooms and suites in the old wing combine authentic industrial flourishes with contemporary comforts and modern furniture, while those in the new addition are perhaps less historic but no less stylish. And the Bottleworks development’s dining and drinking options are many, from the hip Blue Collar Coffee Co. to the multitude of local vendors occupying the Garage Food Hall.
