They have the worst costumer service, hope i never have to need their help ever again Is like we all agree they are bad in service

They were great. Unfortunately the range didn't act up while they were here, but they checked everything and gave me some extra training on the new range and all is good.

Cons: Their telephone system seemed to be messed up and no one answers if they are on the other line so you don't know if it's out of business or what. The boss lady is not particularly polite when yo
