I really wanted to like this place--Multnomah Village could definitely use a solid bagel shop--but my experience here ended up being pretty mediocre. Service was the first issue. The young man taking

Restaurant was short staffed so food took a while to come out. Drip coffee also tasted burnt. But staff were very friendly and did their best to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Customer service is terrible ask them too cut the bagel in half ; should be common sense for a bagel shop , been going all my life and only till I get to Pdx yall don't cut it in half ..... but anyway
