If I could give 0 stars I would. Even when just getting transfer I get transfer to the wrong area and sit on hold for 40 minutes

Worst "help center" ever! They take a month to schedule my appointment so that I can get a referral for a surgery, which this part is understandable. I get a call the morning of my appointment saying
