Langston University, abbreviated as LU, is a public university in Langston, Oklahoma, United States. It is the only historically black college in the state. Though located in a rural setting 10 miles east of Guthrie, Langston also serves an urban mission, with University Centers in both Tulsa and Oklahoma City. The university is a member-school of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund.
