Saukville is a village in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin, United States. Located on the Milwaukee River with a district along Interstate 43, the community is a suburb in the Milwaukee metropolitan area. The population was 4,258 at the 2020 census. Downtown Saukville was the site of a Native American village at the crossroads of two trails before white settlers arrived in the mid-1840s.
