Dr Scott Floyd is great, BUT the office staff is not! They do not return messages from the patient OR pharmacies, you cannot call the Flower Mound office directly, and rarely get a person to answer.

I am so grateful to the team. Ruth at the front desk was so nice to take the time to talk with me about my insurance benefits and was able to help me with a claim that did not even apply to podiatry.
