Phenomenal workouts! The trainers really push you to your personal "max"! Clean, great atmosphere! Very flexible schedule! Highly recommend!

My son absolutely loves his CrossFit classes with his coach Amina. He would rather go work out, than do any other activity on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend the kids' CrossFit classes.
