Locally owned and operated by family and friends, Vitos Tacos is about all things birria. We're a modern business rooted in Mexican tradition, infusing the rich flavors of slow-cooked beef and chicken into our creations - tacos, burritos, quesadillas, but also modern fusions like birria egg rolls, and birria ramen. We started as a food trailer, and thanks to this community, we grew into multiple restaurants including this one, on Las Vegas Blvd. But we never forgot where we came from.
