Says open at 6am, came at 8am and was told they don't open until 10am. Makes no sense

Restaurant was clean and service was ok, however, the nacho chips that came with my Chalupa box were rancid. At first I thought it was the nacho cheese that had a chemical taste but it was the chips.

Younger black lady was nice and gave good customer service. Older black lady was very rude and gave me attitude for no reason.
