I used to love Taco Bell, but since they changed ownership/management, their service is the worst I've seen anywhere in town. Both stores. They seem chronically understaffed. There are long wait times

They close the lobby 30 min before closing time and it's very inconvenient to some people they attend more for drive through than customers in lobby they are very unorganized
