Went for an oil change on my 2013 civic, and they didn't torque down my drain plug when I left. A few days later my car started smoking. Don't get your oil changed done here. You've been warned!

Lack of professionalism. Close early. Terrible customer service. I had to greet employee, or I would still be waiting.
