Location was great as it's adjacent to the Mayo Clinic.

The room service food took over an hour to deliver and was cold and just mediocre. The ceiling in my room was filthy, something yellow and gummy was sprayed all over the ceiling.

They need to serve coffee in the mornings, at a minimum.
