Customer service is terrible. Ordered a friend flowers for Christmas and they never arrived. Emailed and called the company with no response at all. Would not recommend.

I ordered flowers as a surprise for December 24th, which was extremely important to me. The flowers never arrived. I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls - absolutely zero response.
